Youth rider Hamish Hore races in Belguim

Here is a short report from Hamish.

Alan Rosner took George Pearl (Southend), Tom Fitzpatrick (API) and

myself to Lichtervelde, Belgium for two days of racing.

The weather was brilliant with it being sunny and above 20 on

both days. The race was very fast but flat. Cornering was difficult

and there were 10 laps of a 4.5 mile circuit. The crowds were

amazing with hundreds of people there to watch. We had the

whole road to race on around the town. Many riders got dropped

and pulled out of the race before the finish but Tom did an

excellent ride on the second day and finished the race and even

won some prize money as he avoided the worst of a mass crash

just before the finish line.
