Frostick's "12", Hardiman's "25"

In a packed weekend it is almost easy to overlook other things going on. Darren Frostick took himself off to Kent to ride the Kent CA 12 Hour TT where he clocked up a distance, still to be confirmed, of around 240 miles. This was a truly long day as he did it entirely alone & unassisted, leaving food at strategic points on the course & getting home at 9.45 at night. He was back at work the next day! Also slipping in under the radar was Pete Hardiman's 57.23 (a personal best?) in the Leo event. This was due to be a "30" but was shortened to an official "25" due to heavy traffic around the Duxford air display. Maldon/Southend Interclub 25 Results 5/9/10

Peter Hardiman was fastest around the E21/25 course in sundays Interclub event with the southend & County Wheelers.

Sam Connolley finished 13th in the national junior time trial today. The event was held over 32km and Sam recorded a time of 47.12. The senior event was won by Bradley Wiggins from Chris Frome and Geraint Thomas. Result
