The evening 10TT's are now underway for 2014.  The next event is on Tuesday 22nd April 2014, 18:45 start. Don't forget that all participating club riders should have paid their club subs and agree to contribute to marshalling duties. An event registration form is also required, simply so that we have full and up to date contact details for all riders, in the same way as for an open event.

Maldon rider Russ Welch has been campaigning at regional and national level on his MTB. After a near 20 year break from the sport (with a few odd races in between) he made the decision early in 2013 to build back up to race pace for his first race as a vet in 2014, in doing so he took a third place in the region at Masters (30-39) on the way.

George may only be 2nd claim now he's moved to a team to progress with his cycling, but he's still very much part of the club in many ways. George has just returned after nearly a month away riding in the biggest stage race he has ever had chance to take part in so far in his cycling life, The Tour of Algeria. He has very kindly done a blog with how it all went. A great experience and a fantastic effort. Well done George.
